Float off the two last out of six for Skanska at Ålesund.
At the workshop Sandholmen we have built a ”catamaran” Called Supperter 4 with cim. 12 x 4.5m, equipped with a crane that is
lowered in to the hull in order to be able to go under ex. low bridges but still be able to work with the crane.
Implenia building the new Lidingö bridge with suopport of Carrier 07 and 08 both equipped with Tower Cranes and
Carrier 4 as aworking platform with a Tower crane that have 75m outrech.

To remove one section of the existing Lidingöbridge and start the land fundation on the Lidingö side.
Skanska Norway have casted 6 concrete caissun for 3 bridges in Ålesund on Carrier 16 in total about 12.000ton.
After completion Carrier 16 was submersed to 18m giving 10m water on the deck and due bad weather Carrier 16
Have been standing on the bottom for 10 days before all Caissun was possible to float off.
All in all a very sucsessful operation.

Submersible test in Swinoujscie before delivery to Skanska Stockholm.

Lift of offshore constuction for Navicon in Swinoujscie with Lodbrok
Vistal is using Carrier 4 and Carrier 10 for dismantling of a concrete bridge in Stettin, Polen.
Vistal expect the bridge to be removed by mid of January -17.

All tanks have been sandblasted and painted, about 45.000m2 + drydocking at Turku shipyard
for completion of the Special Survey.
Carrier 16 is going on Charterer for Aarsleff also for the new Cruising terminal in Visby.
Aarsleff will cast concrete fundation on the barge for two shipmant to Visby.
Carrier 7 is ready for work and going to Visby for Aarslef working
as a floating quay during the construction of the new pir for cruising ships.

From Fornaes DK we have invested in a steeringhouse/accommodation
of highest standard that was cut away from the car carrier Autoracer.
This was lifted with Samson over to Carrier 10
for transport to Gdynia for further plans.
Completion of building the de-barking-chipping plant at the workshop in May for Endurance Sweden and started
mounting at Smurfit Kappas yard, first tests in June.
Full production in July and completion 4 of Okt. by producing 160.000 ton of chips,
this during Smurfit Kappa re-build their own de-barking plant.
We are glad for the confidence from Smurfit Kappa and their support in order make this project a sucsess.

The building company JM have rented the Carrier 4 on long term to be used at Lidingö
as a working platform to place a 160 t. mobile crane + other equipment on the deck.
JM will produce a quay for nice atmosphare in front of the about 1.000 apartements
that JM have under production.
The two small barges 18 x 9 m arrived to Stockholm after conversion in Polen as step one for
the multicat solution "Phanter".
The barges have a center moon pool spudlegs and a deck of 16mm.
Each barge will have a 30tm crane with a 3 ton winch that can stpore up to 70m of wire.
The cranes are at the workshop for modification and installing of fundation.
Aarsleff is first out to use the barges at Värtan, Stockholm part III.
SubSea Viking was a little lucky that Herakles was at the Hudson quay when gas baloons took fire,
there was no sucsess to put out the fire and cool down the baloons.
Herakles got a green light from MCA to start the fire canons and soon after the fire was out and Herakles
continue some more hours to cool down the same.
In order to serve and upgrade the performance of Herakles to our Charterer MCA we completed
the installation of a offshore crane ACTA with lifting capacity up to 20 ton and 12.5 ton at 12m outreach.
Installing 3 ramps in Värtan, Stockholm and one in Kapellskär for MacGreggor Sweden,
weight of the ramps between 140 and 170 ton.
De-mobilisation of Carrier 16 after a 5 years charterer for Metsälitto in Husum as a floating quay.
John Ekman towed the barge to Gustavsvik for the start of Re- Class.
In Nov. Carrier 16 will be towed by Mentor to Stettin for sandblasting, painting all tanks and end of Jan 2016
we expect to have the semi submersible Carrier 16 back in "normal" duty.

Final design of the de-barking and chipping transportable wood-plant for Endurance Sweden.
The plant is under production at our workshop, Sandholmen. It will be installed at Smurfit-Kappa May 2015.
It will serve as production unit for chips during Smurfit-Kappa´s exchange to their new De-barking drum.
In mid of Okt. 2015 the work at Smurfit-Kappa will be completed and Endurance Sweden is ready for other commitments.

Arctic Explorer
After managing the icebreaker for Piteå Havsbad during 10 years We are glad to inform
that the Arctic Explorer is now included in the Marine Group fleet.
Arctic Explorer will continue to run expiditions for Piteå Havsbad up to 80 passangers
and breaking the ice for SCA´s paper mill in Munksund Port.
Carrier 7 is added to the fleetlist.
The barge have two strong ramps so very suitable as a working platform or floating quay.
Can be re-classed and fully ballatable.
Above Mentor is towing Carrier 7 to Swinoujscie.
Over 500 of the almost 1.000 elements have now been loaded in Swinoujscie, transported and placed in Stockholm, Värtahamnen.

The working boat Aramis have join the fleet, 9 x 2.7m with a 6-cyl. Iveco and 270hp,
bowthruster and good fenders for pushing and liftning points for easy mobilisation.
Max 20 knots bullard bull about 3ton. and max 12 passangers.
We are glad to complete the first job for E-ON removing a 60m MET - Mast offshore Kårehamn,
including the 8m bottom part, on time and budget.
Using the floatingcrane Lodbrok and the barge Carrier 10, the two units was towed by Mentor.
Final design and start of production on our counter weight crane based on Volvo EC 700.
End of Okt. we expect tests before starting the long term contract hadling pulpwood, chips and timber
for SCA Timber Munksund.
Placing the first 75 ton deck elements of abt. 960pcs. For Aarsleff in Värtahamnen, Stockholm.
Start to build a new quay at our workshop in Piteå/Sandholmen.
It will be 65m long with 6m of dept 35m of the quay will be for heavy RoRo or big cranes.
In order to handle heavy cargoes both to and from the workshop and for the Wind industry and Paper Mills.. .
With continues upgrading of Herakles and training with MCA, we are glad to
inform that we have secured a new contract with MCA working as ETV (Emergency Towing Vessel).
Why use almost 50% of the cranes capacity to lift the weight of the cranes own armsystem?
This is normally the senario with a hydraulic crane built for port service and almost the same
if to take a closer look on a normal excavator.
Please see the sketch that will be reality in the late coming summer.
A 5 years contract is agree with SCA that gives the possibility to develop this crane type.
The base crane will be Volvo EC 700 and we all know what Volvo means in respect
of economic and service.
The crane will have a lifting capacity compared to a almost double size of crane and still
the speed of a smaller one and all that comes in respect of fuel, servioce
and purschase coasts + less ground pressure to the quay.
After 9 &1/2 month work for Max Bögl and Sarens we successfuly positioned the
Veka barge loaded with the last of the 9 steel elements for lifting.
It is a fantastic moment to see the North and South side connected.
We tanks all involved for a very good Co-operation and hope the meet soon
for new challanges and interesting projects.
The tugs, Mentor, Eol, Kraft and the Barge Carrier 1. left for other employments.
For Tugab - Strabag we used the the two barges Carrier 1 and Carrier 4 both with spudlegs
placed aftre each other and ramps between the quay and Carrier 1 and between Carrier 1 and Carrier 4.
This resulted that Strabag could continue with the pir for Fortum and all time have connection
with the quay for transport of personal and material.
The ”PANTHER”
We all know MultiCat is a perfect tool for most of construction sites, however with a 3 unit tool we call Panther
have all advantages that a MultiCat have, plus the advantage to be able to work on three places at same time.
This will minimize the stand by for the crew.
We are starting to construct Jan 2014 and will be ready Autumn 2014.

concrete truck, material and the driving unit can be on the run all time so it will not have as normal today
a lot of stand by for crew on different units..
